I lost sound of controller

Not sure if I am reading this right, but sounds like you lost the drivers to *********** board you can look the intel board up on the Intel web site and see if they have the drivers you need. If it worked fine the other day now there is no sound, the device itself could have died and you can try using a PCI ( PCIE ) audio card just disable the on board in the BIOS.

3beeps,no display

WARNING: Before you start troubleshooting remember that you are dealing with electricity that can KILL.

Only work inside the computer case when the power has been switched off and disconnected. Never open the power source.

Some of the below steps recommend removing physical parts within the computer. While in the computer it is highly recommend that you be aware of ESD and its potential hazards

If you've recently added or tried to add additional memory to the computer and have started getting these beeps.

Remove all new memory you've added to the computer.

If the computer works fine after removing the new memory you're encountering either an incompatibility or defective new memory.

Sometimes when the computer is moved or over time a memory stick can become loose causing the computer to be unable to read the memory or get errors as it's reading it.

Try fixing this issue by opening the computer removing each of the memory sticks you have in the computer cleaning the gold coloured tabs with alcohol and then placing them back into the computer.

Remove the memory modules from their slots.

Take the opportunity to clean the slots on the motherboards and the memory module connectors.

Use compressed air to blow dust away and clean contacts with a soft cloth.

Do not use a metallic vacuum cleaner if it touches any component it may create a short and cause damage to the motherboard or other components.

Do not use solvent that may attract dust and never poke things like cotton buds in to slots. lightly rub an alcohol on a cloth not to hard let the alcohol do the work on the copper gold or silver tabs and r

Allow the pins to dry. They will air dry in a matter of minutes

If reseating the memory did not resolve the issue try swapping the location of the memory. If you have only one stick of memory in the computer try moving it to another slot and then boot the computer.

Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they might be faulty

if its a 40 pin flat ribbon type it will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty

even something as small as a faulty electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems

computers need all power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket

if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free

restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizardhope this helps

http://hothardware.com/reviews/images/intel_d865gbf/d865gbf_angle.htmhttp://hothardware.com/Reviews/Intel-D865GBF-865G-Motherboard-Review/Make sure you have at least 2GB of Ram Memory, and you need a graphics card. Aeroglass for Vista requires a lot of 'graphics power'. The motherboard chipset is an Intel 845G.The Intel 865G has Intel Extreme Graphics, for it's integrated graphics on the motherboard,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_intel_chipsets#Pentium_4_chipsetshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel_Extreme_Graphics#Early_graphicsNot going to cut it when trying to use Aeroglass. You can use an AGP 8X graphics card,http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/d865glc/BFLC_English.pdfThis is but one example,http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129247I would also recommend an Intel Pentium 4 processor, not Celeron, and 2GB of 400MHz DDR Sdram ram memory, (PC3200)Or someday you may wish to use Ubuntu Linux instead, and the Compiz Fusion window manager, instead of Aeroglass,1) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4QokOwvPxrE&feature=related2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvfRpmqKRbs3) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y772Zrjwgws&feature=fvwrelJus sayin'.Regards, joecoolvette

Is any displayport have in Intel D865GBF Motherboard

YesIt has a VGA port for a VGA monitor. The port is BLUE in color, NOT PURPLE.This is an example of a VGA Cable, and a VGA connector,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connectorNote the number of socket holes, and the arrangement of the socket holes. There are 5 socket holes across the Top row. There are 5 socket holes across the Middle row. There are 5 socket holes across the Bottom row.The Purple connector with 5 socket holes across the Top row, and 4 socket holes across the Bottom row, is NOT it.Not the VGA connector. You can connect a CRT type of monitor, (Looks like a small TV), or a flat LCD screen monitor, IF it has a VGA cable.[ There is also an adapter that you can plug a flat LCD screen monitor into, and the other side of the adapter plugs into the VGA port, on the back of your computer. This is if the flat LCD screen monitor has a DVI cable,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_InterfaceDVI to VGA adapter,1) http://www.directron.com/dvitovga.html2) http://www.directron.com/dviadapter.htmlLook at the pins on the adapters. Now look at your monitor cable, and the VGA port on the computer. Make sure which adapter you need ]For additional question please post in a Comment.Regards, joecoolvette

Is the maxtor diamondmax 10 250gb ide hard drive compatible with the intel d865gv socket 478 motherboard?

It should...Maxtor drives can be a bit finicky on older systems. This drive supports the ATA-133 standard. Your board does not. It should work but run at the lower ATA-100 rate.

Intel d865gbf motherboard giving three peeps without ram but with ram no display

What display are you getting with Ram Memory installed? The BIOS Setup Utility? Start with cleaning the Ram Memory module's, gold plated contact pins, with a pencil eraser. Reinstall, try again. { Power UNPLUGGED, Anti-Static Precautions followed. Don't follow Anti-Static Precautions, and you may as well remove the motherboard, and fly it at the cat }http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Generic_DDR_Memory_%28Xytram%29.jpgIf using an eraser on the end of a pencil, and not a solid eraser, refrain from letting the metal band of the pencil touch the contact pins. The bottom of the ram memory module is where the contact pins are.Start at the top of EACH contact pin, and stroke down.Clean EACH contact pin. (There are 184 contact pins. 92 on each side. Doesn't take long to clean)After cleaning with the eraser, it may seem as though you have done nothing at all. You have. It doesn't take much 'corrosion', on a contact pin for a bad contact surface. When satisfied the contact pins are clean, use air to remove the eraser dust, then reinstall the ram memory module/s.However, when diagnosing a problem with a desktop computer, there are two components to check right off the bat.1) Power Supply2) MotherboardAlmost 80 percent of desktop computer failure, can be attributed to a bad Power Supply. Weak Voltage power rail.(Next in line is the computer is dirty inside)LED lights may light, and fans may spin, however there isn't enough power to turn the Processor on.A) IF all of the LED lights were on at once, they would use less than 1 Watt of power.B) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.C) A typical Processor can use from 51 to 125 Watts of power. Depends on what Processor it is.Intel Pentium 4 processor that uses a Socket 478 processor socket, and has a Front Side Bus of either 400MegaHertz, or 533MHz?http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Pentium_4_microprocessorsLook under TDP in the charts.(Thermal Design Point, or also stated as Thermal Design Power. Essentially the maximum power stated in Wattage, that the Processor may use)Power Supply; There are three main voltages produced by the SMPS in your computer.(Your Power Supply is a Switched-Mode Power Supply,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Switched-mode_power_supply )A) The 3.3 Volt power railB) The 5 Volt power railC) The 12 Volt power railPower Rail: Each voltage listed above starts in it's own central point, in the Power Supply. All of the wires carrying the voltages come from this point. For example; Orange wires are 3.3 Volts. All Orange wires, end in one central 3.3 Volt point, in the Power Supply. This is the 3.3 Volt power rail.Red wires are 5 Volts. They end at one central 5 Volt point in the Power Supply. The 5 Volt power rail.Same for the Yellow 12 Volt wires. To test the 5 Volt power rail for example, you choose any Red wire you see. (ALL Black wires are Ground wires)Use an economical multimeter set to DC Voltage. (Symbol is dotted line over a solid line)An economical multimeter can be purchased for around $5 to $12.Available in a multitude of stores. An auto parts store is but one example.{Need guidance in how to use post in a Comment}OR, use a KNOWN to be good, Compatible power supply, for a test unit.(Compatible being has the minimum amount of Wattage, at least, and the correct amount of power cables, and correct power cables)Motherboard:The weakest link of a motherboard is the Electrolytic Capacitors.(Which the Intel D845GBF motherboard uses, and not solid Polymer Capacitors)These capacitors are used as Filters, and Voltage Regulators, on the motherboard. The one's used as voltage regulators, are in the Motherboard Voltage Regulator Circuit,http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/616Part of what the motherboard voltage regulator circuit does, is to regulate voltage for the Processor. The Processor MUST have a steady, clean supply of voltage, AND it must be within a very tight tolerance range.See if you have bad 'caps',http://www.capacitorlab.com/visible-failures/index.htmFor additional questions, and/or to clarify anything I have stated above, please post in a Comment.Regards, joecoolvette

Motherboard

Then I suggest replace them. I do not know what C7 capacitor is, nor the H7 designation you stated.C7 would suggest Capacitor number 7, to me.H7 would suggest a different electronic component. If it is just capacitor replacement, and you have the tools, knowledge, and access to the capacitors, I would say perform the repair.Electrolytic Capacitors are the weakest link of an electronic component. They are designed to be. Computer engineers, and designers know this. They know that as time goes on, an electrolytic capacitor will break down. The chemical composition inside breaks down. (Electrolytic Paste)This is why they use capacitors that are rated at twice the capability, of what is needed. As the capacitor breaks down to 50 percent good, it is still 100 percent good of what is needed.Capacitors used on a motherboard, (Electrolytic or solid Polymer capacitors), are used as Filters, and Voltage Regulators. The one's used as voltage regulators, are in the Motherboard Voltage Regulator Circuit,http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/616Part of what the motherboard voltage regulator circuit does, is to regulate voltage for the Processor. The Processor MUST have a steady, 'clean' supply of voltage, AND it must be within a VERY tight tolerance range.Too much, or too little, and the Processor turns off. (BIOS turns it off)Also, these particular capacitors are in a Series circuit. This means that if even ONE goes bad, the entire circuit is down.A) http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/How-to-Identify-Japanese-Electrolytic-Capacitors/595B) http://www.capacitorlab.com/visible-failures/index.htmC) http://www.mouser.com/Passive-Components/Capacitors/Aluminum-Electrolytic-Capacitors/_/N-75hqt/{ Passive Components > Capacitors > Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors }(They are Radial Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors, that are used on an Intel D865GBF motherboard. Use the information in A) above, to find the capacitor manufacturer's ratings.
