Where is reset button on Intel next book flexx 11a
I can't tell you where the reset button is but there is a soft reset that may help.
Remove the battery, disconnect the power source. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds and then release.
Reinstall battery and reconnect power source. Turn machine on and see if whatever issue you had still exists.
Good luck.

Can I Play games that require 2.2Ghz in 1.6Ghz
If its a free download or you already have the sim, then try it, otherwise if you must fork out your hard-earned cash, probably not advisable.
The 'need for speed', or higher CPU clock-speed, is to allow the sound, video frames, rendering and algorithm calculations to all run smoothly in sync.
Check if they specify 'Absolute Minimum Requirement'.
On my old PC, an iNtel P4 1.6GHz single processor running Win XP, 2GB RAM, I barely managed to run intensive resource-hungry games, but often ended up with a frustrating 'slide-show' or total freeze.
After upgrade to 64-bit 3.58GHz core-2-duo, 8GB RAM, i'm thrilled at SMOOTH performance.

The most common possible reason is hardware failure. Shotdown your device. Disconnect the hard disk and ram. If you can reset the CMOS by disconnecting CMOS battery, its better. Disconnect device battery and make sure it was unplugged from AC power source. Now press the power button within at least 15 to 20 seconds to drain. Insert back the ram ( if you have spare ram tested working its better ). Plugged the device to AC power source. Power on the device and simultaneously press the F2 to enter the bios. Some keys to enter BIOS is DELETE or ESC. If you can enter the BIOS select Load Default Settings. Save and exit. Unplugged the power source and attached the hard drive. Again plugged to power source and power on the device. Repeat entering the BIOS and check your Hard Drive from main tab or if it was listed on Boot priority. If you found there just exit and restart the machine. It should boot on its operating system or display message error startup listing many options like safe mode, boot normally, last common good configuration and others. Choose start normally if you're unsure. It should boot on windows successfully
