Here is the asterisk behind WMA compatibility - there are two types of WMA files - protected and unprotected. 90% of WMA files are DRM-protected, hence they are either not usable in mp3 players that say they can play WMA's, or the song has a DRM restriction on it that prevents it from being played on an mp3 player without purchasing additional rights.

Using the diagram from user "Petrica Voicu" I shorted the 2 power pins (6<->9) so it's always live and shorted the two pairs of volume pots (1<->8 & 2<->4) simulating max volume so now it works as just an ordinary subwoofer. The big dial on the front controls the sub volume. Bought for $5 at Goodwill -- not super loud but perfect for my needs. Thanks.

I read this for clearing a code, but you can use it to reset the computer. The code must be locked in to the memory. This issue can either be caused my the alignment or the light function encoder. You'll need to clear this code if it was just a one time glitch. This has to be done in the Service Program Mode. I can't seem to locate the program manual for this model to issue the reset procedure. Normally the Jukebox will have it in it. If it does not, remove the computer control unit and remote the battery for 5 minutes and reinstall it. Greetings, Please check the handbook of your device to see if there are diagrams highlighting the location of the screws for the speakers. Once located, you can start by using a screwdriver to remove those screws and open up the device.
