Is your printer even powering on? Try to remove the power adapter from the printer(small black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached).


Before reinserting the power adapter, check if it's warm or cold. It could be a defective power adapter issue. Wait at least 10 seconds before replugging the power adapter. That should give enough time for your printer to reset itself.
Check if your printer is functioning now.

error code 2200 is a paper jam. How about blank sheet caused by the printer ink cartridges still having the clear tape on the heads?

The scanner may be set too dark that an unprinted white page may show up light gray.

remove the colur cartridge and check out that .did you removed the blue tape from its bottom or not,if yes.than its ok.
next option.remove both the cartridges from the printer.now take a dry tissue paper and isoprophyll alcholol liquid also called spirit.this is easily available at medical shops.with the help of both tissue and isoprophyll.clean the brown colur dotted circuit of both colour and black cartridges.the same bron colour dotted circuit is also in the printer exactly at the opposite side where the cartridge is installed.clean that both printers and cartridges circuit,
-------------- THEN , without inserting the cartridges.turn the printer off.from the back of the printer remove the power cord wire and the usb wire.make the printer completely unplugged .then wait for a minute.after that only connect the power cord wire.and on the printer.then ON the printer and insert the cartridges 1 by 1.insert it properly.then close the door and check out if the power button in the printer is blinking or not if its still blinking that means the cartridge is faulty.insert the old colour cartridge in the place of new and check out .and if the printer excepts the old colour cartridge that means the new cartridge is faulty so get it replaced but if the same problem in old colour too then its the problem of black cartridge too that also needs replacing.
