How to fix Lexmark T632 924 service Fuser error
924 is an open thermister error. The thermistor controls when power is actually applied to the heating lamp on the fuser. I used to have this problem with other Lexmark models and was able to replace the thermister itself. The thermister is located on the top cover of the fuser. If you have a real Radio Shack near you they should have them. I believe that the temperature should be around 400F.

T632 duplex jams
Please ensure the power connector wires for the fuser are routed properly so as not to rub on the aluminum bar that is used during the duplex function.
Load mp feader a4
Please determine what size you are trying to print (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.). The printer is requesting A4 sized paper in the maunal paper feeder becuase either you selected manual feed or the setting for the default try (usually tray 1) is not set to the correct paper size. In your case, make sure the green slide adjustment on tray 1 is set to A4.
Standard bin full
Hello,This error is cause by either having your output paper bin full of paper or the flag sensor out of alignment where the paper comes out of the top. Look at the top f the printer where the paper comes out and you should see a black plastic sensor flag, it should move freely. If it is stuck remove the top cover above it and try to free it so it can move. Below is a picture of the printer with the output sensor flag circled.
