Microsoft comfort keyboard 2000 not responding.
Hello!
I'd like to suggest this. First, unplug the keyboard. Reboot your PC. Than plug in the keyboard and reboot the PC again. If the PC still doesn't recognize the keyboard, than the problem lies with the keyboard.

Microsoft Wireless Keyboard Slow and Intermittent
It can be a couple of things. 1. Try replacing the keyboard & mouse's batteries with fresh batteries. 2. Try moving the wireless receiver closer to the keyboard. 3. Make sure the receiver is not located too close to other electronics like a tv or dvd player. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer.

The first step in troubleshooting is unplugging the mouse receiver unit from USB and reinstalling the mouse.
If you still get this kind of problem, then either Windows has a problem related to this device managment, or the mouse is faulty.
Try reinstalling the drivers first, or let us know if you have reinstalled the driver software already.

Microsoft Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 doesn't work
Hi
If you take the batteries out there is a screw in there. unscrew and open (not easy) with flat knife in the edges wiggling.
attach and touch all the inside wires. I have had the same problem and it is an internal connector problem. Opening and closing aint easy and will take a little patience but it will work.
Good luck

If the mause has been dropped, then it is probably damaged.
Try removing the batteries if the mouse is a wireless unit. If this is a wired mouse, try removing and plugging the mouse back into USB.
If that does not work, if the mouse is new you can contact Microsoft, which gives one year warranty on products. If mouse is not new, then you will need to buy a replacement. If you have electronic repair training you can also repair the mouse by testing components and circuits for continuity and re heating the broken solder joints.

Try pressing Connect on the receiver, then when the light is flashing, press Connect on the mouse. The light should stop flashing and the mouse should be usable. If it's not, check that you have the Dynex mouse driver installed.
