You may need to install the driver of your bluetooth that's why it is unknown device. if you don't have the driver Click here: http://www.billionton.com/english/Default.aspx go to support and then driver download - choose bluetooth and search your bluetooth driver there after that install it, hope this helps you

Not sure if billionton has driver support on their website, but you can always try using a driver finder program as that will look for the hardware id, guaranteeing an exact match.
