A program deleted my keyboard and now I don't

Generally additional drivers are needed for basic keyboard functionality, although Windows does actually install them as unique devices. Sometimes this process can take several minutes (depending on computer speed) and the keyboard will be unresponsive until it's actually installed. Try plugging in your keyboard, rebooting the PC, and giving it a few minutes once it's up and running.

If that doesn't work you can try booting into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key during the startup process. This will load generic drivers and will allow you to troubleshoot additional drive and/or software issues.

Ok i have windows vista

There's no way to do this perfectly, but I can get you pretty close to what you want. Here are the steps:
1. Create a new shortcut on your Desktop or in My Documents. (Right click - New - Shortcut) 2. It will ask you what the target location of this shortcut is. Type "http://www.hotmail.com". 3. Now that it's created, right click on it and click "Properties". 4. Click in the box next to "Shortcut key" and hit your mail key. It should now say Ctrl + Alt + (something that stands for your mail key) 5. Hit apply and try it out.
Now if you hold down the Ctrl key and the Alt key then hit your mail button, it should take you to your Hotmail. I know it's not perfect, but I hope it's suitable for you!

When starting my computer I get a BSOD That Tells

The BSOD screen comes up mostly due to hardware problem. The BIOS of your system unable to initialise a hardware from a particular location.

You mentioned that after re-booting the system works fine with the keyboard. That shows that some hardware conflictions are there in your computer.

Do This:-

Make sure that the computer is connected only with the keyboard, mouse, monitor and the internet cable.

Now,

In the normal mode click on start-->run-->cmd
-->type chkdsk /r and now hit enter.

The black screen gives you a message saying
"
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts. (Y/N)
"
In this case press Y and hit enter.

Now when you restarts the computer the check disc will start automatically and will take some time to scan your computer harddrive.

Now when the this process is over.
Insert the windows Operating system CD in the computer and then run a scan disc on the computer.
To run scan disc do this:-
Start-->run-->type here sfc /scannow and hit enter.

This will update your windows DLLcache dll files.

now restart the computer.

Now you can connect all your devices which we have dissconnected the first time and then restart the computer again.

The problem should be resolved.

If still you get the BSOD screen let me know if you have made any hardware changes recently..!
