Problem with the Broadcom BCM94306MP
As per the information provided, it seems the device is not detected by the Computer. Even if the driver is not installed, it should show up on the Device Manager with the yellow labelled texts as "Unknown Device". First, turn of the Machine and remove the card, clean the gold contacts with an eraser (pencil eraser) and reseat it. Now boot up the system and check whether it's detected or not. If the driver is installed and you can remove it, then uninstall it, reboot the system and try again. Search/Scan for device/hardware from the Device Manager, if it's working fine and there's no problem with the motherboard, it should be detected. If you it doesn't detected, you need to try it on another laptop or you need to try with another Card on your laptop so that you can find out the culprit. In many cases, it's related to the card, so you first need to check it and make sure it's 100% working.
If it's working on another system, then there's must be problem on your motherboard, you can still try with another card and check. If nothing is helpful, there's no option for you to get it worked on your laptop, you might need to replace the motherbaord (if it's the cause), but I don't recommend.
I would be better help to you if you can let me know the operating system installed on your computer.
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
