check The heater Film, Film Sensor.
If Film Not Cu-ted Or Crunched Check The White spot On corner on film.
if all is right call service repairer.

Empty the waste toner container. From left side of copier you have small cover with one screw.Remove the cover and empty the container and clean it very well, you may use alcohol for the neck of the bottle to ged rid of of antistatics.

000 After the fixing motor drive signal is generated, the clock signal does not
arrive within 3.0 sec.
Main cause The fixing motor (M19) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Action
1. Connector
Is the connector of the fixing motor connected?
NO: Connect the connector.
2. Main power supply PCB
Is the drive voltage (24 V) of the fixing motor supplied by the main power
supply PCB?
Main power supply PCB: between J202-3 (24VU1-S) and J202-4 (OVU1)
NO: Replace the main power supply PCB.
3. Fixing motor (M19), DC controller PCB
Press the Start key. Is the lock signal of the fixing motor present at the connector
(J312) on the DC controller PCB?
Lock signal: J312-B4 (FSRM_LOCK*)
the DC controller PCB change from 0 to about 5 V?
YES: Replace the fixing motor.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.


BUT FIRST: did you removed fixing assy from any reason? If you did try to repositioned it. Check for any foreighn matters inside or around the fixing assy. Try to reconect the fixing assy connectors. Check gears of fixing assy and drive assy.

0000 The main thermistor detects 250°C or higher.
0001 The main thermistor or the sub thermistor detects overheating (hardware
circuit detection).
0002 The sub thermistor detects about 295°C or higher.
Main cause The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the thermistor has a short circuit). The
main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Caution To clear the error, execute the following in service move:
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
Action
1. Fixing film unit
Check the interval between pin 1 and pin 2 and between pin 3 and pin 4 of
the connectors (4-pin) of the thermistor for electrical continuity. Is it 0 ?
(short circuit)?
YES: The thermistor has a short circuit. Replace the fixing film unit.
REF.
If the thermistor has a short circuit, the indication in service mode
(COPIER>DISPLAY>ANALOG) will be as follows from the start: FIXC=250°C
for the main thermistor; FIX-E=310°C for the sub thermistor.
2. Main power supply PCB, DC controller PCB
Try replacing the main power supply PCB. Is the problem corrected?
YES: End.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.


BUT FIRST: under service mode *28* copier, function, clear , err turn off and on maybe it will work.If it works check that you have good air flow around the copier.

Thanks for using FixYa. Error E000 means low temp detected in the fuser unit, Faulty thermistor, lamp or PCB. Check fuser for jammed paper. It’s an issue related to the fuser unit. Try and clear the error by entering the service mode:

1. Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, #
2. Go to #7 Printer and press OK
3. Go to #4 Printer Reset and press OK
4. Yes = ( * )
5. Power cycle unit.

If this does not help, on most units you have to start looking at your Fixing Assy. or Thermistor. Make sure that you do not have a piece of paper wrapped around Upper Fixing Roller or and other foreign substance in that area.

E002 is fixing related error, try in service mode * 2 8 * copier, function, clear, under err - clear error then turn off and on if ok, be sure that you have enough air flow around the copier, no air condition blowing in or near by copier, maybe eaven raise the temperature of fixing unit ( if you want to do that send a message ),...

If does not helps replace fixing film unit

Under printer properties check the format of paper, it must be A4 if you have A4 in drawer. The most common fault is that under printer properties is LTR as format and A4 in drawer.

NOTICE: in paper drawer did you check the little blue wheel, is it "telling", the appropriate format as in the drawer?

Whe you open the front door, in the middle you have toner unit and an blue handle. Rotate the handle in pull the toner unit, until it stops.But you can only vacume it from outside, because when you replacing the toner you just fill the toner unit and close it, there is no toner bottle inside? Why do you want to clean the toner bottle? Did you spill the toner or wath?

Enter service mode : * 2 8 *

under COPIER, FUNCTION, CLEAR, PWD-CLR, OK

Switch off and on

I have an image runner 2800 and I had the same problem. It drove me crazy I searched the entire menu. I finally figured it out. Pull out the paper tray which you want to change. There is a small dial on the right side with paper sizes on it. Select the right on and put the tray back. Your paper size should now have changed on the menu. You are welcome :-)

And Reset All Data.

Have you installed the printer driver. If not install but do NOT plug printer in till it tells you to.

You must press *28* for service mode, but no APVC correction is no needed.

And if just want to do it any way be sure to put A3 paper in second drawer, because drum adjustment.
