Neele, Error code E000019-0000 is a waste toner full , to get rid of this error, remove the waste toner bottle located left rear side of the machine,dispose of waste toner and clean the neck of the bottle because waste toner could obstruct the toner sensor beam. Switch off then on, OK to use.

Hello,
You need to setup your printer using smtp setting.
O365 need an authenticated and secure connection to work. All requirement must be met to be able to use the SMTP services.
Server: smtp.office365.com
Port : 587
Encryption : TLS
For authentification use your username and password of your office365 account.
If your printer does not have TLS, you wont be able to configure it using office365 smtp
E064 The presence of a high-voltage error is communicated by the composite power supply PCB. (The output for primary charging, developing, or transfer has deviated from a specific level of voltage.)
Possible causes:-
The contact has poor connection.
The wiring is faulty.
The composite power supply PCB is faulty.
The DC controller PCB is faulty
I would start by cleaning the contacts and the corona wires.
Reseat the cartridge and restart the printer. If that doesn't work remove all of the toner cartridges manually and reinstall.
Turn off the printer and open the top cover. Follow the toner cartridge all the way to the right side of the printer (on the white part). You should see a hole that looks like a cross. Take a pen or key and push down on the black button in that hole. While you are holding it down rotate the toner cartridge towards you. You want to get the colored roller on the cartridge about 1/2in away from the metal bar that says "consumable reorder". You should be in a position to take out the toner. Let go of the hole and remove the cartridge. Repeat the steps until all of the cartridges have been removed.
Turn the printer back on at this point. You are going to get toner not installed messages on the printer. Open the top cover and the cyan tray will be in place. Shake the toner and install. Close the cover and let it cycle to the next color (black). Repeat the process until all cartridges are installed.
If you are still getting the error you either have a bad cartridge or the carousel that the toners sit in is damaged.
otherwise look for a bit of torn paper
You will have to check with Operating system MFG or device MFG depending on who"s error code it is but it looks like a Windows error code if so do a search at microsoft web site with code number. Hopefully that will get you in right direction of whats wrong with server. If in a network setting check with administrator.

Hi Ofcgdss. This would normally require a tech, but I can help you reset the code. However, the code indicates a sub system within the copier that is critical and if the the problem still exists the copier will almost immediately display the the code and if that indeed occurs you WILL need service. Here we go.I am going to tell you a procedure that only service techs use, there is no harm in giving a one time shot as the copier will reset, attempt to recover and if the problem remains the code will return and prevent harm. Press the the " additional functions" button, then the numbers 2 and 8 simaltaneously,and then the additional functions button. This should be done in a smooth but timely 3 step sequence. This will bring up a new screen that will have several "blocks" and one of those will say "COPIER". Press the copier block. Now you will have a screen that has several " tabs" at the top and other crap in the main screen. At the top tabs you will see a block that says "function" Press function and you will get a new menu below. One of the blocks will say "CLEAR". Press clear and a new screen will appear. At this new screen you will see a block that says "ERR". Press it and then in the bottom right corner you will see a block that says "OK". Press the ok button and the copier will know that it needs to reset the code and attempt to recover from this "critical" error code.Unplug the machine, wait 10 seconds or so, and then plug it in again. The copier will assume everthing is ok and attempt to resume normal operation. Again, if the problem remains the copier will determine this rather quickly (< than 5 mins) and will return to the error condition. But without being even more long winded than I already have been, you have a decent shot at getting back to normal. I KNOW this will reset the code, I just hope it was a temporary glitch. A couple of things to consider:Do not load the following types of paper in the paper drawer. Doing so may cause a paper jam.- Severely curled or wrinkled paper- Heavyweight paper- Transparencies- Paper on which color images have been copied.- Paper which has been copied on using a digital full color copier (do not copy on the reverse side either).- Paper which has been printed on using a thermal transfer printer (do not copy on the reverse side either).Also, what # paper are you using?
