How can i take the best pictures

you just cannot lurn to take good photos over night, it takes years of practice and hard work, mixed with sweat and frustration and you may still not take a good photo,,, it takes more that just "clicking away" to get it right, read books on this as many as you can just to get an idear of what and how to get the best composition and depth of field,, to make your photos stand out,,the photos you dont like just beleat,,,but please dont be put off by what other people say about your work,, its yours,, not theres! if you wont to show some to them only show them a fuw photos,,, not the lot, or you will bore them i have been taking photos for 50 years now, and i can honestly say iv only realy took about 30 that i realy liked,, others have won prises,, but i never realy liked them?
beauty is only in your eyes and not in every bodys eyes
just go out and take photos of what ever you like or takes your fancy
then realy look at them to see them from another way then take that

Is there film in the camera? If it is then in a dark closet or change bag open the camera remove the film then manually rewind the film into its cartridge. Once the film is in the cartridge now you can look at the inside of the camera in the light, you should be able to get the rewind to work.

Own DSLR camera would like to know the single best lens for the DSLR?

"Best" lens depends on several things: 1. What kind of pictures do you intend to take? 2. Do you mind a heavy leans? Some are 10 pounds or more. 3. Your budget. The "standard kit lens" that most come with is perfectly good for general photography. If you want to take architectural pictures, you'll need something different. If you want wide landscapes, you will need a wide angle, and if you want wildlife/bird pictures, you'll want a telephoto lens. It all really depends on what you intend to do... For example, I have a very wide lens I use for interior architectural pictures, medium telephoto for portraits, and a variety of long to very long telephotos for wildlife pictures... Yes, there are some extreme zoom lenses that cover 'normal" to "very long" telephoto. They're expensive, not especially sharp, and very heavy. Everything is a compromise.

Why will my Canon EOS Rebel 35mm camera not turn on?

Probably battery compartment corrosion. Check for corroded contacts and clean them with a nail file or similar "tool". If that doesn't help, the corrosion has probably run into the circuit behind the contacts. If I remember well, that compartment is removable without great difficulty. I would get one of my relics but don't have the time today to dig through all those boxes!! Let me know if you need further help.

How to replace clock battery in eos rebel ll

Check the battery cap and the contact springs for any sign of battery leakage that may be shorting out the batteries. Clean with a hard eraser like a pen eraser. Make sure batteries are good, and are inserted properly, and that the battery cap is not damaged. Make sure the metal plate is in place on the battery cap. The back up battery is on the back of the front flexible circuit and you have to remove the mirror box to get to it. This is a complicated proceeedure that requires specialist knowledge and is not user servaciceable.

Unable to download to PC

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo management program.

I have a EOS Rebel

What's the problem? That's the way the camera is supposed to operate. The Live View feature, which lets you use the LCD for framing your picture, wasn't introduced until a later model.

How to replace clock battery in eos rebel ll

your "clock battery" is just a very little rechargeable battery, that will charge as soon as you put in a fully charged battery in your camera. You should wait for at last 12 hours, before you remove the battery. and the little battery can keep the clock running for several days. Everything that is in the camera, only can be replaced by a skilled electronics engineer. The best thing you can do is contact a certified Canon repair centre and ask what it will cost to build in a new clock battery. But before you think it is a clock battery, make sure your battery is still in working order. Ask around if anyone you know has the same camera and borrow a charged battery for a few moments, to make sure it is not you camera battery.

My eos is not digital. can you repair it? I think the shutter is stuck.

Any reputable camera repair shop should be able to do a CLA (Clean-Lube-Adjust) for a reasonable fee.

You can get a working Rebel G body on eBay for about $20. You can use your current lens on the replacement body. A repair on your current camera would run at least $100. The replacement is far cheaper. Hope that helps,Bax
