Gross overexposure of still photos.
I have the same problem starting a few weeks ago when taking pictures out in the cold (-8 Celsius). Viewing the pictures on the computer shows that only a third of the image is being read. The other two thirds are coming out pure white. So when zoomed out it looks overexposed, but it really is missing 2 out of 3 lines.
I haven't found any solutions on the internet. I reloaded firmware 1.02 and tried using the internal memory card to eliminate the removable memory card as a problem.
Any ideas? I love this camera and hate to throw it out.
File:///C:/Program%20Files%20%28x86%29/CASIO/Photo%20Loader/library_1.htm ? Button Few?
This is just the path to the library file, this is where Casio store images automatically.if you want to download photos from sd card while camera is connected keep the camera switched on ,connect cable,go to computer ,the camera should be listed. Then transfer to C:/picture folderYou may need to use an install disc,if you don't then obtain a card reader ,remove card from camera and download across that way.if you need to transfer images off the cameras memory then camera needs to be connected.
How do i pause a video on a ge x500
If you are recording the video, you start with the shutter realise button and you stop the scene with the same button. And then again you can start and again stop the next scene with the same button.
Perhaps this looks odd, but you get used to it very soon.
Unlock the card

My camera connected to my
Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as
Picasa.
