I have A MobilePro 770,

Of course you need to load the software and setup a tcp/ip service.

Consult your service provider and manufacturer of phone.

Sorry.

Please copuld you help me?

you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code.

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.

if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.

770 going weird

Could you have an alarm set somewhere? If nothing else, I'd back up and do a hard reset. Might be some programs that are lost - don't know for sure. Anything in the units memory will be lost.

Erro 647 when trying to connect 770 to desktop with windows xp

I had the same thing happen to me.. The site below will fix you up just follow all the steps.. Some things are worded slighty different in XP so just use common sense for those things..

Just make sure to set your Computer as HOST when it asks.

Also I could not find the mobile devices or something like that tab in Windows XP but it still worked.

NEC MobilePro 770

These are older devices, and Lihium-Ion batteries degrade from the date of manufacture. You will most likely need to follow instructions (easy to find on the internet) to "fix" the battery. It needs two new cells.

Lower fidelity voice recording capability

MobilePro 770 units with a serial number before MC-B004P3US-033 may have a lower fidelity voice recording capability. This may cause voice recognition software to not function properly. This issue is not experienced with new units.

Some errors

Download the ATA PCMCIA/CF-Card update drivers* (file name MP8Pcm.exe) from ftp://ftp.necsam.com/pub/versa/mobilepro/. Click on the link to download. After the files are extracted, follow the installation instructions in Readme.txt. *This module requires 40KB of internal RAM memory. If the MobilePro has been Hard Reset or Main memory has been erased due to main/backup battery low, this module should be re-installed.

My MobilePro 770 intermittently stop responding at startup

With the Owner information screen or passwords enabled, it is possible that a deadlock condition can occur as the Graphics, Windowing, and Events Subsystem starts up. The only work around at this time is to disable the owner information screen in Settings/Control Panel/Owner and/or to disable Passwords in Settings/Control Panel/Passwords.
