Defective polygon mirror motor (Laser motor)

sc322 is a Laser synchronization error:

Means that the laser synchronization signal cannot be detected by the main scan detector board.
Possible causes:
Poor connection of the interface harness which connects the laser synchronization detector board and the BiCU board.

Laser synchronization detector board out of position or is defective.
BiCU board is defective.

Unfortunately,unit needs service.

Main motor/ transport motor lock/ fusting motor error.
sc 500 is main motor lock.it happens bcoz of mainly 2 reasons .first main motor faulty.second main motor is not able to take the load tat means cam gear is jammed or broken.
The only thing you can do is check for any obstructions in the machine.
That needs to be looked at by a service because the problem could be a motor, a pcb, or a power supply.
It can be a lot of troubleshooting to do.

Oh wow, I bet it occurred when you vacuumed the machine. You never want to run a vacuum inside of electronics due to all the static energy it creates. You need a very special kind of vacuum to do that. The only thing you can try is to turn off the machine with the power button, then to unplug it for a good 2 minutes. Then replug in the machine and try firing it up. Hopefully it will reset whatever was tripped inside by the static electricity. If you want to reset the toner bottle, open the front cover, lift up on the green toner handle, push the lever in to slide out the toner hopper, pull out the toner bottle, give it 1 or 2 gentle shakes, and put it back in the hopper. Then push the hopper closed until it snaps into place, push the handle back down, and close the front door.
