Try to reset the machine by turn it off and after 5 second turn it on again by the red switch-plug which is located on the left side in the middle.
If this do not help you will need to cal a technician because the machine have problem with the laser unit.

need to enter service programs print out 5990-2
then exe 5801 memory all clear
put all the settings back to where the were set
the printout will show you default and current settings

get yourself a new power supply for your laser printer they are available

lets see if its a driver problem go to start go to devices printers now you should see your printer on the bottom half right click it the trouble shoot it the its going to ask you to fix then fix windows will take from there.

procedure for reset this firstly enter in service mode.
