the imaging unit;drum unit has lapse its counter life. you have to replace with new one. however if you wish to use further try to get the model crum chip it will refresh the imaging unit.

From what I have read about your printer there is no double-sided printing function. You would have to do this manually.

Buy new toner.

It could be that you paper has collected moisture and therefore is a bit damp.
Always fan the paper before placing in printer.  This will stop 2 or more sheets trying to feed at the same time.
Yet another suggestion, open the door, remove the toner cartridge and check there is nothing obstructing through the rollers.  Check the rollers do go round and something is not stopping this movement.
The paper you are using is not less than bank paper 60gsm and not more than 110gsm.

It could be losing connection to the printer when there is too much information to print.  
If the cable the information needs to travel through is too long or the distance to the printer is too far - information is "lost" due to the stability of the connection.  The longer the information needs to travel the more unreliable and unstable it becomes.
Have you tried from a different computer to print the document?

It's a problem with the feeder, or you haven't fed the paper properly. Make sure the clips holding the paper have a grip on the paper, but not too much to stop it from feeding. If this fails, it is likely that the feeding roller is not gripping the paper correctly and may have some nasty substance on it. If this is not the case then it will be a warranty repair on such a thing like this.
