20 Most Recent Shuttle Socket370 AE22 (MBAE22) Motherboard Questions & Answers

I admit this one was a zinger... It was very difficult to track down the information you need as Shuttle has discontinued active support for that motherboard on its websites (all of them it seems).

I did find a site in Germany that had a link for the manual in PDF format but the link was dead, so I fired off an email to Shuttle and happily was told that all you need to do is send an email to

Explaining that you own the AE22 and that you need the manual in PDF format emailed to you. They will forward that on to the person who handles that and you should have your manual in a day or so!

another is that ur motherboard is too old so @ dat dayz maybe they were not beng too advance to make manuals though!

If this was damaged 'In Transit' contact the company you bought it from and they may be able to supply you with a replacement. The damage was possibly due to bad packaging at their end or damage while the delivery company had it.

Optical drive is defective and in need of replacement.

If the "250" is referring to the PSU's wattage, I think we have found the problem. Please purchase a 500 watt or higher PSU with a 80 percent silver or higher rating and you will be back up and running, that is if the motherboard is indeed good.

My suggestion would be a mini-pcie laptop card, N300 or higher (you can buy them on Amazon and Ebay for around 25 dollars, Azureware or Intel are usually good) and a low-profile mini-pcie to pcie adapter which comes with antenna.
