A couple things to check............1) You need to go into control panel, and "add printer". It will walk you through it. Make sure your printer has the wireless button pushed so it can read it. Hi, Please remove the toner/ink cartridge out and shake it 4 or 5 times before placing it back into your printer and testing a few prints. Lexmark also recommends checking for packing material on the imaging unit. Thank you.
