Soyo SY-KT333 DRAGON Ultra Motherboard Questions & Answers
I would like to improve the speed of my PC.
Hi.
The motherboard has an athlon xp socket, so you can upgrade your processor to an Athlon xp 2800+, that will give you a boost from 2.0 ghz to 2.250 ghz.
The motherboard can accept ddr333 type ram, to a max of 3 gb's of ram.
The ram increase will probably provide you with a better performance boost than the processor will, and it is most likely alot cheaper as well.
I hope this helps you out, and have a good day.
Soyo SY KT333 DRAGON PLUS MOTHERBOARD BIOS UPDATES
The latest BIOS update for this motherboard model I could find can be downloaded here:
http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/BIOS/Soyo/Soyo-SY-KT333-DRAGON-Ultra-Platinum-Edition-Bios-2AA9.shtml
Not sure if this will support the RAM & CPU you mentioned in the description, but I assume that it will as this is the latest update for this model.

Soyo monitor: Out of Range
Out of range indicates that you have attempted to use a resolution the the monitor is incapable of handling.
Lower your resolution and try again until you can get it to do what you wish then try to do each monitors resolution individually.
Why has my monitor turned orange. model dylm19r6 computer monitor
If you mean the light on your monitor is orange instead of green, it means the monitor is not receiving data from the computer.
Here's some tricks I would try...
1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or orange or flashing, but nothing displays, or the display is incorrect, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.
7. Also, you could try your display on a friend's computer. If it doesn't work, your monitor probably needs replaced. If it works properly on your friends computer, the problem may be with your computers video output port, motherboard video chip (or video card, if you have one), or drivers.
