Did you replace the cartridge? Also make sure the cartridge has ink coming out. Dab a little on a tissue to see. If it doesn't come out, that is your issue. Also make sure shipping protection is removed if any. Ink Jets has a tendance for the cartridges to dry up. Even new cartridges can be bad.

MAIN PCB Problem. Need to Replaced

Turn off printer. Open printer access door. press firmly against the target symbol on the print head! close printer access door and turn on!

Try to Reset the cartridge..

Lol , I had the same problem as you. Today I contacted Kodak LiveChat and spoke to a representative after the problem has plagued me for over a month. She said I had to buy a new printer. Yeah, I asked if Kodak could help me out and send any kind of reimbursement or ANYTHING, and she basically said no. So yeah, buy a new printer. Ugh.

The printer is no longer on your network. Likely it was configured with a static, (which means it does not change,) Local IP address. Not all Router MFRs use the same "default" Local IP Networks.....so these two likely are different.You need to bring the printer into your network. Go into the control panel and locate printers, remove this printer from your computer and then reinstall using the driver provided by the manufacturer or locate one online, hope this helps.

Error Printer error 3806 3807 3808 3809 3810 or 3811 Kodak does not say what the error is but they do show how to deal with it.

If the software and label haven't changed then there is a defect in the printer.

Dab the cartridges on a tissue and see if the image comes out solid, ink I mean. By doing this you can rule out the cartridge. Don't assume that fresh cartridges are okay. I have been in the printer business for years and seen many cartridges that are defective from the shelf.

some ink carts are blocked, clogged

Happens to me a lot I keep removing and replacing them 1 at a time until the message goes away.

Hello Gordon, On your computer, click the Windows Button, Select 'Control Panel. A window appears 'Program' on the left hand side, below it you will find 'Uninstall A program'. When you click the 'Unistall' a list of all the programs appear in a window. Select the program you wish to uninstall, it is only then the 'UNINSTALL' button next to the 'Organize' button. The computer will ask you to confirm the 'Uninstall' option. Hope this helps.

Search inside for anything that should not be there. I found a paper clip, chewing gum wrapper, dust build up, bits of paper, a christmas ornament, all sorts of things can do this. Sometimes very small things. Use a can of compressed air to clean it put well. Hope this helps.
