i used to get that also, I wrote down windows numbers from windows sticker on the side of machine, (needed magnifying glass) and went online to windows verify, after they scan it, it came out good

The cooling fins on the processor chip are plugged with dust. The fan may not be turning fast enough. If that's the case you'll need to replace the cooling fan

You'll have to get the audio driver off of Dell's website.

WiFi will in the laptop will connect to a wireless router or a hot spot. The laptop itself has no hot spot built in.

The coin cell battery inside the laptop needs to be replaced

Check the cooling fan and the air inlet screen for blockage. You may need to clean the cooling fan and the fins on the heat pipe.

Some fans can be oiled, some not. You can get a replacement fan from Dell's website.

Believed me you have to reinstall your operating system. I encountered that problem too. I uninstall and re-installed .NET, update windows service packs nothing happened until I reformat the hard drive and install the operating system again.remember format the hard drive first then install the operating system (backup your data first)
