Samsung la32c450 turn on tv becomes fogey until picture is totally blured can switch of and is ok for a few minutes then happens again

That Problem mostly comes from the T-con Board. (Picture Control Board). If the problem was not solved from the T-con Board, Then your LCD Panel was 100% Faulty.

La32c450e1 lcd not working only red light on

This may mean that the Back light or a capacitor is blown, you may need to seek a repair shop or buy a new TV. Unless you're good with electronics.

Our picture suddenly changed drastically from a clear sharp picture to a blurry, faded looking picture. Some colors are extremely bright, others are faded out. It is so bad it is not viewable.

Please check the flat cable connections between TCON board and the LCD panel. If this is ok, then it is either the TCON board or the LCD panel itself. Good luck.
