You need to configure your router with below method. Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. If you are still not able to access router with above ip then you need to RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults..Then you can access it with above method. Then set WAN settings as internet service provider settings enable DHCP. .Click on wireless and enabled it. Then click on wireless->wireless security->WEP security there is code password note down it or enter new password then save setting s and restart router. then you can connect wireless with new password. OK, You listed this under a print server router. I looked up the DP 300 print Server router and restricting access to the router is not an option. If you are actually talking about your Wireless router for your home network you need to look in the user manual or access the router and go through the configuration pages for the wireless settings and set Security to on and then Select either WEP or WPA as the security format, which ever is supported by your computer, then enter a Security Key. The Key can be anything as long as all devices that are going to use the wireless have that same key entered with the same security method selected. Your user manual should explain better where these option are located.

these print servers have a very limited range of printers they can detect. doesn't mean it won't work.

heres how i got my DP 301U to work with my HP1020 on 2 different workstations.

1. install printer locally via usb and test.
2. create a second printer as per the dlink manual creating a port. don't worry about the name as we will delete it.
3. once created go into the properties of the 2nd printer and change the port to something local - anything will do to free up the port.
4. go into the properties of the printer that was created in step 1. and change the port to that of the print server.
5. test print. should work fine.

go to my computer right click u can see the device manager their click hardware the u can the hardware that is in yellow question mark.What only u need to do is to click update then locate the cd. especially the os ur using

Using a print server like this, you should not need to "browse" to find the printers. See what ip address has been assigned to the printer. Once you have the ip address, open a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd) and type:
ping <insert ip address>
ex: ping 192.168.0.24

See if you can ping the printer from each of your computers. If you can, great, install the new printer by adding a "local" printer at a new TCP/IP port with the IP address of your printer. If not, then you may have some routing issues.

Are all of the printers connected to the same switch? Do you have multiple "routers" on your network acting as DHCP servers?

Unfortunately the D-Link Print Servers are secure and cannot be reset without the password. The unit will have to be sent to D-Link to be reset.

There should be a pinhole that allows you to do it with a paper clip...

You can find the details of the operator and the state they belong to .the operators wont reveal the address and name of any mobile numbers only higher officials can only get those information.

I am sure it is now toast and you cannot downgrade if the wrong firmware has been installed. I would ask D-Link.
