I have an at&t model CRL 82312 phone that does not ring for incoming calls

You have a couple of choices.... Either it (the phone) is broken... call forwarded... or the DND - (most likely: Do Not Disturb) feature invoked. If you Still have the OWNERS MANUAL read it... AT&T is REALLY BIG on user documents... !! They will make copies on line available forever... Else you can have them mailed. Contact CUSTOMER SERVCE (they are cool). Carnac the Magnificent

Trying to register my CL84252 at&t handsets to the base but the handsets keeps displaying an error message "out of range or no pwr to base"

Check to make sure the base station does have power. If it does have power the base station is defective or the handset is the problem (systems with just one handset), if all handsets display the same error then it is the base.

EL52500 Phone base & 4 handsets have static, message Line in Use. Bought new phone, charged, connected - it says no line. Have dial tone at phone line into house.

Sounds like your phone has a short. If you see the message "line in use" call your number, is it busy, now unplug your phone and call your number again, is it ringing? Indicates a short, possibly in your equipment. As for message " no line" is the electric connected to the phone and did you check for dial tone in tat particular jack with a known, working phone first...just to make sure there's dt @ the jack. Good Luck :)

Can I get instructions for AT&T DECT6.0,expandable to 12 phone?

The model number for your cordless phone is on a small sticker underneath the battery inside the handset. Entering this number at www.manualslib.com will allow you to get a free copy of the original owners' manual. Good luck!

How do I register new handset for AT&T cordless phone el51359

1. To de-register the orphaned handsets from their old base: When the orphaned handset says "Connecting..." enter *331734 [menu] and it will soon beep and display "Not registered" 2. To register the new handset to your base: press the "Handset Locator" button on the base and hold it until the "in use" light comes on ( ~ 4 seconds ), then release the button and set the new handset into the base phone cradle. After ~ 30 seconds it will beep and display "Handset #" (next in sequence). 3: Note: the base handles a maximum of 12 handsets. If your system was fully populated ( ie, a handset is already # 12 ) you will have to clear all the handsets from the base and re-register them all in sequence. ( it is the only way to 'rescue' the places occupied by the lost handsets ). To clear the base of all registrations: 1. Press and hold the the "Handset Locator" button until the "in use" light lights and then starts to blink ( ~ 10 seconds ), release the button -- then press it again briefly while the "in use" light is still blinking. 2. The base will beep and all handsets that were registered will display "Not Registered" 3. Follow the instructions above for each handset in turn to re-register them: press "Handset Locator" ~ 4sec ( in-use light on ), set handset into the base cradle, etc. The manual is available from: www.manualslib.com but does not fully describe these procedures. Good luck !

My cell phone is not working right

Hi, this is a major control fault and you may be able to reset the main board by removing the cell battery for 5 minutes. if the issue still exists after the reset, you will need to replace the main circuit board in this unit.

According to the manual starting on page 52, you need to de-register all handsets then re-register the handsets one at a time. The manual covers both cordless model numbers so the handsets should be interchangeable. I have included a link where you can download the manual if you need it.
