as default you must have an google email account if u r using android all you have to do is just backup all data (memo, calender, apps,contacts, etc) then do a factory reset and then enter the new email id

It is not necessary if you have smsung kies installed..

you dont have to of you stop it it will restart back as it is an system based app for maintainig the list of the media files on ur SD Card

there is an app in the market called lock screen unlock(or ) something similar but you must know the email and the password of your phone's google account.. you can add it to your account via a pc but both the pc and your phone needs an internet connection

You said it has a "replacement screen" Did you get the phone's screen replaced by a 3rd party repair shop or did you call your cellphone provider and get a new one? It sounds like the components in the screen that sense when it is being touched are defective. It thinks it is being touched when in reality it isn't. Call your cell provider and ask for a replacement device.
