'low rinse' stuck on with full rinse aid, can't start wash cycle

Actually, if you look closely at that Low Rinse button or emblem, you will see a little lock symbol above the words "Low Rinse", and I'll bet THAT light is the one that is on. Basically, you have the control lock (or child-lock) turned on. To turn it off, you have to press and hold the Sanitize button for 3 to 5 seconds until that light goes off. Now your dishwasher will work! If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ronald_e6b9572cebe3ad27

Samsung dishwasher low water code

Your water level float is probably stuck. Take a look at this video and it shows you how to basically access this component. Use CLR to clean it out. Be careful to turn off your dishwasher breaker. Electricity and water do not mix well. Your dishwasher may be slightly different but Samsung dishwashers are pretty consistent in general as far as parts go. If you have at least basic mechanical skills you should not have any problem doing this repair.

Our dishwasher is about 4 years old. Works great but now it doesnt want to close. It's locked with the door open and we have tried everything to try to get it unlocked. HELP

Have you unplugged it for 5 minutes and see if it resets itself? If not do so.

Samsung dishwasher heavy and delicate lights blink and cycle stops

The lights that are blinking are indicating an error code--the particular code you describe is a "heater error". You will have to check the circuit for an open heater element, loose or broken wire, defective main control board. The part number for the main board is DE92-02256C. Hope I helped you!

Unit quit in the middle of a cycle and won't power up, totally dead. Is there a suspect noise filter or fuse I should begin looking for?

Make sure your circuit breaker in the main breaker box has not tripped, or "poped". It will be one a little out of place and a bit loose if it has tripped. Turn it off and back on to reset. If it tripps immediately, you have a short somewhere, possibly in the dishwasher, so you will need an electrician and or Appliance tec. to find and fix.

Samsung dmt400rhs blinking HEAVY light

I believe that error code indicates that you've got a leakage error, which means water has leaked down into the base of the dishwasher. You'll have to pull the dishwasher out, pull off the side panels, and dry up all the water, but then you still have the problem of figuring out where the leak came from and fixing the problem before you can use the dishwasher. The most common source of leakage in a Samsung DW is the drain pump and/or drain hose. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ronald_e6b9572cebe3ad27

Why is my dishwasher giving three flashing lights on samsung 2012 model and how do i fix it.

It depends on which lights are flashing, because this is a code from Samsung to tell the technician what is wrong. So we really need to know which lights are flashing to answer your question. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ronald_e6b9572cebe3ad27

Getting a over level water error on samsung dishwasher

This is usually caused by a bad Case-Brake Assembly. It's the large semi-transluscent plastic thing on the left-hand side of the dishwasher. If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ronald_e6b9572cebe3ad27

Have over lever water error on samsung dishwasher

Your: Have over lever water error Probably means over level? In other words water is too high I would guess. Sounds like you have a bad water level sensor, or connections from or to and from or to the "brain" I'd unplug to reset the "brain". but it that doesn't help it's probably service tec time. Ask to estimate the price.

Wont dry

First, make sure you are using Jet-Dry (or equivalent) rinse-aid. As part of this "green", ecological, environmentalist-wacko movement, dishwasher makers have cut down on the amount of heat generated by the heating element, and as a consequence, it is now imperitive that you use rinse-aid to help with the drying. Note: Finish Corp (the makers of Jet-Dry) now make a version called "Turbo-Dry". Try that (if you can find it). If you try that, and it still won't dry, then you may have a bad heating element, or else a bad controller. I can use my Samsung dishwasher because the door is in te lock position and wont close , howdo i unlock the door do close it?

If possible, unplug the unit and wait 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, the D/W may be on a separate circuit breaker so just identify the circuit breaker and turn it off for the same period of time.

Hi my dishwasher does not turn on to cycle modeDMT400RHS samsung

Sounds silly...is it plugged in and is there power? Are there any lights on the unit? Assuming yes then there could be a defective safety switch. There are several on these units beginning with the door closure switch.

My samsung dishwasher will not drain? What could be causing this problem. We checked the line and it is not plugged.

when you first start the dishwasher the first thing it will always do is drain, does it make the normal draining sounds or is it a low pitch humming noise? if its a low pitch humming something is stuck in the drain pump like a peice of chicken bone or glass, if it sounds normal then there is a blockage somewhere and 9/10 times its the little drain spiggot that the drain hose plugs onto under your sink, they often block up as the pipe diameter gets smaller there
