The keys on my keyboard
You sound as though your are stuck on European configuration. Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language and reset to North American. May require you to restart the computer. Maybe other ways. (European keyboards (UK anyway) have " with the 2 key.

Problem with my tablet pc
Hi
The Satellite R10-S802TD doesn't have built in bluetooth device, however it's bluetooth compatible. any external bluetooth adapter will work. Toshiba recommends
PA3370U-1BTM Toshiba Bluetooth SD Card V1.2 or
PA3405U-1BTM Toshiba Bluetooth USB adapter as indicated you product's spec sheet.
Please post if you need further assistance.
Good Luck

Keyboard
If you are getting the message after the beep that Press F1 to continue after the beep and your system is working fine in every manner except the keyboard, you might have your KBD corrupted. better to check it with authorised service center for Keyboard interface or the complete Keyboard.

Virus or PC problem?
Sounds like a hardware problem. And since your computer is failing like that, my guess is it is the hard drive making that noise. You need to isolate the location of that noise. If it is coming from the hard drive I suggest you back up your data *immediately* using some kind of CDROM based disk imaging software where you can boot to the cd (so you use the hard drive as little as possible). One such program is Image For Linux (

Laptop windows root exe file problem
it is saying no kernel is found in the boot path,, this either means the boot path is damaged or the file is missing,,, place the restore disk in and recover your operating system,, or you can put an operating system disk in and try and repair the operating system
