Hi Anonymous There's a little wiggle room there, depending on which version of the OS is on the iPad. You'll go into Settings, then down to Mail,Contacts, Calendars. There'll be (?) a list of Accounts, or, if this is initial set-up, just an option to Add Account. You'll then be prompted for account type, something like iCloud / Exchange / Google / Yahoo / AOL / Outlook / Other. You'll then provide particulars on your account name and password, possibly other things if it's work e-mail that you may need to get from IT. That should do it (well, that and a working internet connection). Hope that helps! D

Hi Henry, I hope this helps:

1. Open Safari.
2. Navigate to your desired website.
3. You'll see at the top of your screen an arrow coming out of a square, click this.
4. Then, press 'Add Bookmark'.
5. There will be a few fields popup, you most likely not need to change, but if you wish thats fine (Except second field, leave this the same).
6. Press done.
7. They will automatically be Bookmarked in a folder called Favourites, you can change this later.

Hi Joan, Something may have gone wrong while updating the app.

1. Delete the existing app
2. Go to the Apple App Store
3. Search for Facebook
4. Press Get or Install
5. Wait for it to download and log in

Hi Kessie, Unfortunately you cannot, Google Play is a Google product and is specifically made for Android Devices like Samsung Phones and Tablets. However the Apple App Store and Google Play do hold some similar apps. If you are searching for a specific app I suggest looking for it on the App Store or simply Googling it (as ironic as it seams). Try turning off and then turning off your device. If that doesn't work uninstall and then reinstall the app. If it still doesn't work, Netflix most likely knows about this already and you can expect an update soon.

You could turn off and turn on your iPad and then try again. If that doesn't work then uninstall the app and reinstall.

To fix this issue you will need to restore your ipad from backup. Go into settings delete all data and restore from a backup on your computer or icloud.
