program, and you want to use them simultaneously. It creates a "virtual" Webcam that
replicates your currently installed camera. It then lets multiple applications
access the video stream without conflict.

ManyCam is compatible with Yahoo, MSN, CamFrog, PalTalk, ICQ, Skype, YouTube, and more. Once
you've installed ManyCam, you need to set ManyCam as the primary input for program that you
want to use. ManyCam will automatically start when you activate your Webcam through that
program. The application includes a bunch of gimmicky features that let you change aspects of
the background and foreground. You can map a new pair of cartoon eyes over your face, and they

Reinstall the driver for the webcam . You will get back the icon.

What kinda of problems are you having?

It may be protecting copyright or Performing Rights
Try the system with an Original and not a copy

Go to the control panel
Click on "Scanners and Cameras"
Right click on your webcam icon and choose copy
Go to your desktop and press <Ctrl> and "v" and the same time.
It will copy the icon to access your webcam

You can access the web cam software by going to start, programs, Camera assistant.

If the icon is gone perhaps try uninstalling and reinstalling the web cam driver.

I think the keyboard shortcuts, Alt + F7 will start the camera.(not positive)

You need the driver for the camera device to work on your PC, and u may probably use a card reader then remove the memory card of the camera put it in the card reader then connect it to your computer. You can go to Toshiba site or google for the driver.

How is your webcam connected to your network? Is it connected to your PC or your router?

If it is connected to your router, go into the router settings and see if the router reassigned a new ip address to the camera. If you set the router up for DHCP, it will automatically assign IP addresses to all devices that are connected to it, as long as the individual devices are also set to dynamic IP addressing. Your router is set up for the 1.0 network, so your pc is most likely 1.2, while your router port connecting to your home network is 1.1.

Another thing you can do is make sure your webcam is turned on and go into 'My Network Places', then click on workgroup computers. See if the webcam is listed there.
