My 4GB USB is not reading on any PC anymore. I

Ok what you need to do is go into device manager, remove all devices from there remove and delete any drivers. reboot. Now try inserting the USB device again. If after doing this the PC still will NOT, "See" the device. Then this is Bad. You have few options at this point. If you can, please try and use it on another PC, see if it will work on that one. If it again will NOT work, then we must now assume that the Drive has faulted in such a way as it is unrecoverable. I suspect what has happened is that the USB drive has been "Spiked" It may be damaged beyond repair.
It may be possible to recover data but I would doubt it. You WILL be able to IF it can be "Seen" but if not, then I do not think you will be successful. www.usbdriverecovery.org/ - www.softwarepatch.com/tips/howto-file-recovery.html -
A couple of data recovery links above. Good Luck.

The wires are exposed that lead to the power ac

Wires that lead from your AC, (Power), outlet, TO the AC adapter? If so, throw that adapter in the trash before it starts a fire.

Look online. There are many choices for a new AC adapter.

Memory problem

Hi furgan_138,

Did it appear to compete the password creation successfully? When you create a password on these drives it actually splits the storage area into two peices. A public zone and a private zone (private zone is the area that is password protected). Perhaps you seleted as much as you could for the private zone and the 18MB is actually the public zone you are seeing. Try logging in and check what capacity you see on the private zone.
