Hi, if you have downloaded an app. then this problem started, uninstall the app. There have also been reports of a bad chip on the board that causes this problem. If it's the internet that shuts down but the phone remains on then it could be a weak signal causing the problem. the barring password it is usualy 1234 or 0000.. that depends on your carrier

Should be your PIN or Mobile pass. Sometime it is 0000 or 12345. If that doesn't work you might need to reset your phone. The password is your SIM Pin it may Vary from the above i gave.
