Hi, out of normal operation, I got an error code

H4 means low fuser temperature.
Try first resetting the code.
Press in sequence: CLEAR, EXPOSURE MODE, CLEAR, EXPOSURE MODE.
When display goes
blank enter 14 using the copy count numbers and press START button. Wait for the copier to restart does not turn off by itself , turn it Off and
back on manually. If the H code comes back, then you may need to replace fuser unit. Fuser power supply must also be tested.
If the reset does not work contact Xerox at the number listed on manual.
The drum light won't go out!please tell me how do I reset it?
What very frequently happens with those machines is this. On the drum cartridge, there is a green cover in front. Behind that cover there is a series of gears, one has a flag like tab sticking out. That tab is the drum reset, what it does is makes one swipe past the drum reset switch when you install it and that resets the drum life by swiping a switch one time. That flag has fallen and did not swipe your switch, you can do one of 2 things. You can have whoever you purchased the drum from replace the cartridge, or you can pop off that green cover and manipulate that flag to an Up and to the up position and replace the cover and install the drum in the machine, once the machine runs it will swipe the switch and reset the drum count, turning off the light and allowing your machine to run. Once you take the green cover off you will easily see what I am talking about, Flag will be down, work it until you get it in the up position. That will do it.
Workcenter xd103f copy comes out blank
Which cartridge did you change? If its the toner cartridge, make sure none of the packaging materal is left on it, same with the drum cartridge. First and simply remove and reseat the cartridges.
What I suspect with the blank copies is a broken transfer corotron wire.
Open the right side door. On the bottom you will see some whit plastic rollers. Above that you will see an opening about 1/2 inch wide. There is a very thin wire in that channel. That wire has probably broken causing your blank copies, I highly suspect that is broken.. That wire when it is dirty also causes really poor copy quality.
Also clean all the mirrors and glass well. That will cause poor copy quaility issues.
Keeps showing J1 error, toner light is flashing
The J1 error means the toner cartridge needs to be replaced. Since you just replaced the cartridge, you should remove the cartridge and repeat the following steps..
Shake the new toner cartridge
horizontally four or five times and then
remove the cover.
Slide the new toner cartridge in until it
locks in place.
It sounds like the cover may still be on the cartridge.

You can't. It is hard wired in programmed memory. The reason is because most Xerox printed are supplied on a consumables deal where you have to buy toner direct at a slightly inflated price to cover the lowered lease cost of the machine. These machine also 'phone home' for interrogation..

Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-IV C4430. It has 116-331 fault code error. Any assistance to remove and get it done??
