Hi, 10-xx codes are fuser related.

There are several replacement machines for this model. I know someone that can help you find the correct replacement for that model. Please reach out to him @ [email protected] He will be able to walk you through the entire process.

If it is stuck in power save mode more than likely the power supply went bad.

Unplug the device from power source (verify that it is not on a UPS), make sure that the power is completely removed (off) to the unit for at least five (5) minutes (might want to check manual to verify amount of time) upon restoring power it should POST (Power On Self Test) then go to normal operation at which point you should go to the settings panel and verify sleep/wake settings.
