Came to this site with the same problem, after observing the dam thing I fixed myself, my printer is a Zebra ZD220, the problem indicates some sort of sensor problem, my was simple someone mess the adjustable tab, must align with the one at the top cover, the top cover as two little LED's, they must align with this sensor in the image anexed.

This is coming from your label software. It commonly does this when a trial period has expired or the license you have has been corrupted. Please contact the manufacturer of the label software that you are using for support.

I think you will also need to change the settings in the menu. Hold the l/h arrow key when powering on to access the menu. then change to correct p/h.

check on the printer if the resolution change 150-300 or 300-600, the correct resolition is 200 dpi, if you have 200 dpi printhead

Could be bad ribbon

if it is the least setting for print head then you may need to dry ribbon by putting in sunshine for few hours

If it is working , then it is nothing to worry about. If it is not printing, then it does not see the print head. Check the print head cables are securely connected.
