Hi krisusn
The internal area of PC and CCTV Monitors and LCD TVs is a very unsafe working environment for an inexperienced repair person, containing capacitors that store very high charges capable of seriously injuring and even killing someone even when the device is disconnected from the mains.
As a result, PC and CCTV Monitors and LCD TVs are designed to be deliberately user-repair unfriendly. The frame, base and back cover are often held together with several hidden screws.
You do not say what the fault is that you are trying to resolve. I strongly suggest you refer any repair to an experienced LCD Monitor LCD TV Repair technician or at least add a comment or clarification to this question in case other repair options are available to the fault you attempting to diagnose and repair.
I hope this helps.
