https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1095484/Samsung-Rf195abrs.html?page=94#manual I checked this wiring diagram and could not see any sensor that would control the fans. there are many units that will keep the fans off till a certain temp is reached so as to not circulate warm air after a defrost. you may have a bad sensor?

perhaps it's unhappy? Please check the water inlet valve, it might be frozen or blocked with mineral deposit. Use a hair dryer to remove the blockage. Make sure the water inlet valve's screen is not blocked. If the issue persists, then the water inlet valve has gone bad, use a multimeter to test the water inlet valve's continuity. Use a multimeter to test the continuity. If that is fine then test the auger motor and replace if bad. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

you do not leave them alone they may have refrigerant flowing through them. look in your owners manual/instructions for more info.

Also an refrigeration appliance technician would know the wiring by heart and take 20 minutes maximum to work it out.

Question edited to add maker! All questions need 'make model (what it is) as first three words. That is an overheating fault. Replace the fluff with no fluff. Make sure the condenser coils are free of dust and there is good airflow Or It is low on refrigerant gas and you need a service tech.. ..

Is it on Economy Mode? That only chills the bottom area. Check the condenser fins are cleaned of dust. That needs doing every 6 months. Or it needs refrigerant gas. ..
