if you wish to burn cd's which is your burner then you need a software called nero burning rom or any other burning software that lets you burn data or audio cd's or vcd's to burn with if you wish to burn dvd's then you need a dvd burner combo drive which lets you burn dvds
Can you burn cds? If you can ,then try using a different brand of dvds and or also a different burning program. I find a good burning program is Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 FREE,which can be downloaded from the web for free. Other than that try cleaning your drive. If all these fails it means your burner has probably went to meet its maker and you will have to replace it.You can get a new one for around £20.Hope this helps you. Regards bill
Hi Nasir,
Unfortunately, resetting the DVR will not reset the password, If you forget the password please contact an authorized service center or the store where you purchased the system. They can repair it.
Thanks Mark

Lastly follow the easy on screen instructions to finish setting up the connection.
If your LG 55UM7300PUA is not powering on, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Check the power cord and make sure it is securely connected to the TV and to the wall outlet. 2. Check the wall outlet to make sure it is working properly. Try plugging in a different device to the outlet to make sure it is providing power. 3. Check the power button
Hi,
Please record the amount of time that it takes until your device goes into sleep mode and set a timer for 5 minutes less than that time everytime you begin to use the lg device. At the points the timer/alarm goes off, you can simply lower/increase the volume and the lg's internal sleep timer should be reset.
Thank you.
Hi,
Please try using an alternative connection to the hdmit and test the monitor buttons again. And using analog mode prior to testing the monitor buttons again sounds like a good test as well.
Thank you.
