I have no electricity.

You must have electricity for that unit. The ignitors are electric and so are the valves.

The fan on my general electric microwave model no. Dvm1850sm4ss won't turn off it stays on I unplugged and still turns back on as soon as I plug it in?

You might have a "normally open" thermal protector that is stuck in the closed position. Or, the controlling device (relay or triac) is defective. Or, something less probable. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/david_29ad5d1dd86564b0

Why is the microwave suddenly has no power.

Is it a wall mounted microwave? If it's not, did you try another outlet?

Why can't you run a microwave without anything in it? I ran mine for 4 minutes without anything in it and now it won't heat anything.

What was the point of running it empty?. Looks like you, as many users out there, never read instructions for any thing. No offence! First let me explain what a MICROWAVE does, then you will understand the damaged you have caused to your unit. A microwave is an electromagnetic wave (radiation) with a wavelength in the range 0.001 to 0.3 shorter than a radio wave but longer than an infrared. They are used in various scenarios; industrial processes, communications and heating. When these waves enter the food or liquids they are absorbed by their molecules which turns into an increase of the temperature of the items exposed. If nothing is exposed to absorb these microwaves, they will be reflecting in all the walls of the cooking chamber and eventually entering the grills (of the intake and exhaust vents) damaging the the electronic components exposed to these waves. Hope that helps! Al

WHAT IS THE CUBIC FEET OF JVM1339WB-002 GE MICROWAVE SPACE SAVER?

Determining the cubic feet of any given appliance, Microwave, Oven, Freezer or Refrigerator is quite simple. Follow these steps. Open the door of your microwave and measure the length, width and height in inches of the interior cavity. Multiply the length by the width by the height using a calculator to get the total in cubic inches. Divide the cubic inches by 1,728, which is the volume of a cubic foot. The resulting number will be your microwave's measurement in cubic feet. You can also use an online conversion calculator to simplify matters Hope that helps

I want to defrost my

Since you did not include a model number this is my best guesses:

and

For Complete Defrosting

Turn the temperature control to the

OFF position and unplug the freezer.

Remove all food and place it in

corrugated boxes, insulated bags,

picnic coolers, etc. Use towels and

newspapers for insulation as needed.

With the door/lid open, use pans of

hot water to speed loosening of frost.

Remove large pieces before they melt.

Chest models have a defrost water drain

at the front.

NOTE: Water may drip from the back flange of

the lid cover during defrosting. This is normal.

Ice builds up in the lid insulation when the lid is

open for adding or removing food, and melts

during the defrosting operation.

Sponge excess water from the bottom

of the freezer as it collects to prevent

overflowing.

After defrosting, clean the inside of the

freezer (see Care and Cleaning).

Replace the drain plug inside the

cabinet and the cap on the defrost

drain. Fold over and dry the gasket

on the hinge side of the lid.

Plug in the freezer. Return the

temperature control to its previous

position and return food to the freezer.

Hopefully with this information you can find the drain. If not go to www.ge.com and click on service and support to download your manual. (Model number required)
or contact them here:
