According to the Canon website, yes, the 495 is wireless capable. I have a Pixma MG5300 and had no trouble at all connecting to my network with WPS. The installation instructions were a bit unclear but I just pushed the WPS button on my router right after going through the steps to make the wireless indicator on the control panel blink. Works great.

E then 3 then 0 means that it cannot determine the page size of the document to be printed. E then 0 then 3 means there is either a jam in the output tray or the door to the output tray is closed. This is the tray where the paper comes out after printing. Try closing and opening the tray. A sensor could be stuck.
