They connect to the JFP1 connectors on the lower right edge of the board. The power LED connects to the 2 and 4 pins, The HDD LED to the 1 and 4 pins, the reset to the 5 and 7 pins and the power switch to the 6 and 8 pins. The pins are numbered up down right to left like this.

This graphics processor is very weak, it uses system memory instead of the normal separate graphics memory, and it uses the system CPU for graphics functions that are normally done by the Graphics Processing Unit chip.
This means that if the CPU has to do other tasks, the Video will suffer.
If there is a lack of free RAM, the video will not function because paging to the hard disk (Virtual Memory) is way too slow.
The first thing to check is CPU usage, and free RAM under normal conditions before you try HD video.
