If you forget to turn the power button off and the motor was not running (meaning the prop was not turning), your motor should be fine. Ultimately, if left on for long enough, it will drain the batteries and eventually turn off. This is not harmful for the motor. For safety reasons (yourself and others), it's always best to disconnect the motor from the power source when not in use.

go see your local dealer there are speed coils internally that burn out and I'll guarente you that you can not fix it yourself , I did for 13 years
