Hi! I've got my Audiovox ccs-100 installed in my Duna Weekend Diesel car. But it just doesn't work. I don't know if it's because I connected the vacuum to the brake servo or what! Can you help?

Once the unit has been turned on the display will show ' CODE - - - -'
Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the third digit
To save the code press the [ 5 ] key to accept.
The set should now operate.
I have a Phase Linear BT1611i car radio receiver.
A replacement faceplate will work with the rear part and yes you should be able to order one seperately especially as you still have the original receipt albeit only slightly legible.

I'd disconnect it from the car, meaning any power plugs, and wait about 5 minutes to make sure all power has left, and plug it in again. Also, check the front, back, every side of the receiver for a reset button/hole.

First make sure that the code has not been noted somewhere within the car (underneath the ash tray, glove box , rear of sun visor etc)
To see if your code is available here for free then the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard (and if you are lucky, someone may have written the code on the casing ) .
If not then POST ANOTHER QUESTION

note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number
If not then try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive
