HelloThe problem is with it laser pickup unit itself. Either it may dirty or damaged. Just put a head cleaning disc into the player, and play it for at least 3 times. If the fault is with dust or dirt, this will clear up. If not, be sure that the lase head assembly has damaged, and should be replaced with same type and number.Usually the cost of the laser picku unit with service charge will come more that the cost of the set istself. So it will be wise to buy a new one, if laser head assembly is found damaged.
