Lamp light blinking
Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

No video with HDMI port
try 2 things, first use the rgb cables or video (yellow) cable and plug it into the tv using one of the imports..(vid 1,2,3 etc...) and see if that works. then check to see if you get a picture by not using the cable box, by pass it and connect it connect it in the uhv channel. also make sure you have it on the right input of the tv (meaning scroll through the input button on your remote to find the picture...i've done this a million times). still no picture try your dvd player input and if you have a vhs input see if that works. if it is the hdmi input...to be honest it's expensive and a pain to replace...

Replaced lamp
My 2006 model had a problem right after I bought it, it started getting colored splotches all over, so I called panasonic and they said it could not be fixed....since I bought the insurance they sent me my money back for the tv. About 2 weeks later I got a call saying the panasonic company had sent in a repair ticket and made an appointment to come fix my tv....it turned out to be an eeprom reprogramming problem. They fixed it and panasonic paid for it. :-) The tv had a beautiful picture after that up until about October 2013. When you replace the lamp, it's important to clean out the area the lamp goes into. I wipe everything in there with a soft cloth and I also use the crevice tool on the vacuum to vacumm it out really well. Seemed to make a difference to me. But depending on the age of your tv, it could judt be a sign that something is going wrong in the light engine. My tv got darker (I just went in and lightened it in the settings) and after awhile I had to replace the lamp more often and then it started getting tiny blue spots around the perimeter of the screen. The grandkids called it the milky way. It eventually got red vertical lines and they would go away if we turned it off for a few minutes, but after awhile they were here to stay....the light engine was definitely going out. So, now we have a new 65" tv.

No color
Did you try more than one input on the TV?
What do you have connected to your tv and how are they connected?
