This bike had a square-taper bottom bracket. What happens with this type is that the bolts holding them on become slightly loose over time. The crank arm begins to wobble and the "wollows" out the inner hole on the crank arm such that a new one will have to be purchased. They are about $15. You have several options: 1. Follow the instructions for the computer that came with it or that can be found on the manufacturer website. 2. Go to a bike co-op for help 3. Have a bike shop install it. 4. Provide some useful info here such as the make and model of the bike computer. Without that nobody can help you.

Your post makes no sense. Frame size is not ID'd by serial number. Just Google bike frame size.
