Pressure won't re-build after cut-in

So you are saying that it starts and builds pressure and then shuts off, then when it comes back on again, there is no pressure? Sounds like the unloader valve is sticking open.

I have a craftsman 921.153101 air compresser .It builds about 60 lbs and contines to run .

Compressor wont start just hums

Could be a seized compressor, a bad start relay, or a problem with the pressure switch or a bad motor.

I have a RV that weights about 16K and I need to

My first question is what is the output setting at the hose end, your tank pressure would probably be around 120 but what is the regulator set at? If your tank pressure is not around 120 then yes you would have a problem. You might also try and take some weight off the wheel with a jack to make inflating the tire easier.
