On the www.philips.com/welcome page click "Register Product", "Browse", "Personal Care", "Men's Shaving", "7000 Series", 'Go to the Second Page', 'Select either 7345XL or 7385XL'. Those two models are part of the 7300 series of razors. They may not be the exact razor, but the registration should still go through.

Try turning it on with the head flipped up. If it runs like that you will know that there is a problem with the heads locking up. You will need to disassemble the heads to see if the problem is with the blades (most likely, one is damaged). Click on the link below and scroll down for video showing how to disassemble. If you make sure everything is assembled correctly and you continue to have a problem, replacing the heads will remedy the problem. Replacements for model HQ7300 can also be ordered from the link below if needed

Since you have bought it recently, it must be under the warranty period. Take it to the retailer and have it replaced.

First thing, reset the outlet. That's a common thing looked over. Next (if that doesn't work) is pull out the warranty papers because if it isn't the outlet, then it's the product. If you have had it for less than a year, they should allow you to use your warranty and have them fix it.
