sounds like it may have the capacitive touch screen touching together. check it to see if it may have a sharp bend in the screen or a small crack that i causing the screen to touch itself. or even a pc. of dirt. if you keep it in your back pocket you may have bent it and that can cause your issue as well.

1. Tap Menu > Settings > Phone
2. Tap Time & Date.
3. Tap Time Format, Date Format or Auto Update > Save

It's best to keep it set to Auto Update so that it takes the network time and updates for DST changes.

Try to put the phone in download mode, and try. Download mode., Vol Down, Home key, and power key

If the Phone shows Invalid Sim message means it locked to some Network,find out the Country,it's network it locked now ..then get the Unlock code from here

3. A SIM Unlock Menu will appear, press OK.

you have to flash the phone if it is a phone lock, but if it is a pincode, that can be solved from network provider.i hope this helps

Take as much of the outside casing apart as you can and remove battery if possible straight away then leave submerged in a bowl of rice overnight. Sounds silly but it works. Hope this helps.

You will have to Hard Reset the unit . Also it needs to be flashed via hardware flashing and reprogramming . Its not so easy job. So give it for authorized repairing ,
