It seems this problem is kinda weird,i heard this problem to my co-worker,searching lead on the internet but no one can answer and testify correctly, Now this is what he do.

* replace the battery
* replace charger
* clean battery terminal and charging outlet
* update the phone firmware,might be a software issue. UPDATE FIRMWARE

and the result,still the same...

Now he detach the battery on the phone and went out of work,on the next day,he check and put the battery back,then phone works ok.

It's so weird but the luck is their,well i'll be advising you to go beyond that luck as well as the given procedure,it might be your lucky day.i am not saying this is reliable,but if you hit this,save money and learn extra ordinary problem.

Otherwise, need to consult service center,they might have better or best idea to make it works.

1. Insert SIM card.
2. Power phone on and turn off the radio (turn Wireless Off option).
Very Important.
3. Select Settings, then Options and then select Advanced Options.
4. Scroll down and select SIM Card.
5. Hold down the ALT key and type "MEPD" (this does not display on the
screen).
6. Hold down the ALT key and type "MEP2" (this does not display on the
screen).
7. Enter the Unlock Code you purchased
8. Press Enter.
9. Reboot Device. Device is now unlocked.

I'm sorry, but the answer is NO. This is because the storm 9530 lacks a secondary camera, which is extremely necessary for video calling. Though it have a 3.15 MP primary camera, it won't help in video calling.

Which Boost plans included data service?

All Boost plans include basic data service

PUK codes usually do not have anything to do with the mobile device as the PUK code is from the sim card. To get the PUK code try using another phone from the same service provider and call the customer servicecenter for your provider and they should furnish you with the code. You can also find the PUK code on the pack for the sim if you have it available with you.
